3/24: Ab and Cardio Workouts

Ab & cardio day today. For cardio I always mix it up. I hate steady state, so I’m always mixing in various intervals of different speeds and inclines.

Ab Workout

*For abs I did the following 3 exercises as a circuit and rested about 1 minute in between each circuit.

Weighted Crunches

  • 4 sets x 20 reps, 10# plate

Hanging Knee Raises

  • 4 sets x 20 reps

Plate Twists

  • 4 sets x 20 reps (each side), 25# plate

Cardio Workout

  • 3.087 miles
  • 36:09 minutes
  • 501 calories burned
