3/26: Full Body Weight Lifting Routine
This is the last time I’ll be doing this workout. I haven’t felt like I’m really getting anywhere with it and like I said in an earlier post, I’m getting pretty bored with it already. Either way, it’s the last time I’m doing it and I’ll be looking at other weight lifting routines to decide on a new one.
Full Body Weight Lifting Routine
*Skipped squats and deadlifts.
Bent Over Rows
- 1 set x 9 reps, 150#
- 1 set x 17 reps, 175#
Lying Rows
- 1 set x 13 reps, 35# dumbbells
- 1 set x 20 reps, 40# dumbbells
Flat Bench Press
- 1 set x 7 reps, 175#
- 1 set x 11 reps, 200#
Arnold Press
- 1 set x 9 reps, 25#
- 1 set x 11 reps, 35#
Front Plate Raise
- 1 set x 11 reps, 25#
- 1 set x 20 reps, 45#
EZ Bar Tricep Extension
- 1 set x 9 reps, 50#
- 1 set x 17 reps, 70#
Preacher Curls
- 1 set x 13 reps, 50#
- 1 set x 20 reps, 80#
Barbell Shrug
- 3 sets x 20 reps, 245#
