My name’s Roger and I started this blog to document my weight lifting routines. I believe it’s important to keep track of workouts for various reasons and motivation is one of the biggest reasons I do it. My wife started keeping a fitness blog online in 2008 where she is still actively posting her workouts as well. She has found it to be helpful and inspirational, not only for herself but for others as well. I hope I can do the same here.
